Clear boundaries around your client data.

Account separation
Saved workspaces require Google or ChatGPT sign-in. Workspace records are associated with the signed-in account and are not part of the public demo. LeadPilot does not receive your Google password.
Public links
Inquiry and proposal pages use long private tokens. Anyone who receives an enabled link may open it, so treat it like a confidential document link and disable it when it is no longer needed.
Data portability
You can export contacts as CSV or download a full JSON backup. Deleted records first move to Trash and can then be permanently removed.
Team access and sessions
Workspace membership is checked on the server. Owners can configure assigned-only records and hidden or read-only custom fields, remove team members and manage Google sessions. Exact-IP restrictions apply to invited members; owner access stays available for recovery. Sensitive API-key creation requires recent Google authentication. ChatGPT sessions are managed by ChatGPT.
Optional offline notes
Offline client summaries are encrypted on your device using a passphrase you choose. The offline feature is not a general file vault. Keep your passphrase and remove local copies from shared devices. Offline edits are manually synced, with conflicts kept for review.
Product limits
LeadPilot is not a payment processor, password manager, electronic-signature provider or encrypted file vault. Do not store card details, passwords, government IDs or other highly sensitive information in notes.
